A week experience with the best vineyards in the southern hemisphere.
The Cape in South Africa is home to more than 300 wine farms and offers one of the best Pinot Noir and Shiraz in the World. Taste the magic of Pinotage, a wine characteristic of the sunny valleys of South Africa. Vineyards of The Cape are not only famous for the quality of wine or brandy but also for unforgettable landscapes and one of the best restaurants in the entire Africa often with chefs from Europe.

Cape Town, according to many, is the the most picturesqly located city in the world. One can experience the most amazing interactions of mountains and the ocean that together with breath-taking landscapes and amazing sun makes it one of the most desired destinations in recent years. The wine of the Western Cape is well known in Europe for its quality and unusual sweetness. It is here where the first wine farm was established in 1685 and where the classic South African wine Pinotage was created. Maybe you will understand why Napoleon was buying wine from here.
Day 1

Poland to Cape Town

Arrival and transfer to the hotel in Cape Town. Relax for the rest of the day.

Day 2

Cape Peninsula

Excursion to Cape of Good Hope. Boulders Beach in Simons Town – the only beach in the world when one can swim with African Penguins. Afternoon in Cape Of Good Hope National Park Accommodation Cape Town.

Day 3

Cape Town

Start the day in Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens – UNESCO nature monument. We pay a visit to Groot Constantia – the oldest vineyard established by the Dutch in 1685.

Drive through historical centre of Cape Town and an afternoon visit to Table Mountain – one of the seven wonders of nature.

Day 4

Franschhoek

This small town was established in 1688 by the French Huguenots and it was them who brought the quality to the locally produced wine. Try the magic of Shiraz in La Motte, Chardonnay in Graff Delaire and see the wine estates of Chamonix, Haute Cabriere or La Pettit Provance. We will explain why Napolen was buying wine from here and why local wine is so popular in Scandinavia and Great Britain. Day 5

Hermanus and the sharks

Early morning drive to Gansbaai and Hermanus for shark cage diving (4 hours with breakfast) Hermanus – the world capital of whale observation from the shore (season August – October). Wine tasting in Hemel en Aarde valley known for its microclimate and unusual taste of Pinot Noir. Accommodation Franschhoek.

Day 6

Stellenbosch

After breakfast a visit to another wine region – Stellenbosch. It was here in the second oldest town in South Africa that Pinotage a classic African wine was created. There will be some time for shopping in the centre of the town with lunch.

Day 7

Paarl

Morning visit to Spice Route wine estate with a fantastic view of Cape Town or Spier. Airport transfer.
